Ms. Sabine Lin is the founder and the partner of Xiri. Ms. Sabine Lin has extensive experience in advising on domestic and cross-border transactions (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity fund investment, etc.).

She is also familiar with securities and banking laws and practices, and provides legal services to Taiwan listed companies on relevant matters. She also assist start-up companies in resolving various legal issues during the establishment and daily operations.

She has abundant experience in structuring feasible business models, negotiating and implementing various transaction structures, assisting clients in preparing and finalizing important transaction documents (including but not limited to M&A agreements, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, etc.).
