Ms. Maiya Mai graduated from the Graduate Institute of Interdisciplinary Legal Studies, National Taiwan University. Ms. Mai obtained a bachelor degree in accounting from National Taiwan University prior to studying law, and passed the Certified Public Accountant Examination of Republic of China in 2014.

With both legal and accounting backgrounds, Ms. Mai is able to provide advice from different aspects. Ms. Mai frequently provides legal advice to multinational clients on investment, tax and general corporate matters, and assisted in several domestic or cross-border M&A transactions.

Ms. Mai is a member of the Taipei Bar Associations, and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
