Mr. Peter Lin specializes in foreign investment in Taiwan, employment of foreign professionals (including Employment Gold Card consultation), labor dispute resolution, and corporate legal matters.

Mr. Lin previously served as General Counsel for a domestic startup and currently serves as legal advisor to multiple domestic and international startups.

• Advised Cathay Securities in its acquisition of Horizon Securities (Hong Kong)
• Assisted the major shareholders of T‐Plus Implant Tech. Co., Ltd. in their NT$ 80 million sale of shares to Instradent, a subsidiary of Straumann Holding AG
• Conducted legal due diligence for a Hong Kong-listed company, in its transaction to acquire a hotel in Taiwan
• Reviewed various contracts, advised C suite and teams on legal issues, implemented legal workshop and assisted in intellectual property management in OwlTing Group as its General Counsel
