EMPLOYMENT LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We are experienced in advising on the Labor Standards Act, Employment Service Act, and regulations governing foreigner employees in Taiwan. Our services include providing regulatory consultation, drafting and reviewing employment agreement, mandate agreement, non-compete agreement, dismissal assessment, legal documents related to employee compensation and stock option, as well as providing advice on labor issues in M&A transactions such as employee retention, pension, and mediation or litigation in labor disputes.
