Mr. Peter Lin graduated from the Graduate Institute of Interdisciplinary Legal Studies, National Taiwan University. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in public health from National Taiwan University prior to studying law. Mr. Lin advises local and multinational clients on general corporate, startup fundraising and employment-related issues. Mr. Lin has ample experience in reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, providing legal advice and assisting in domestic or cross‐border M&A transactions. Mr. Lin is a member of the Taipei Bar Association, and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
