Mr. Yen-Chou Pan is an expert in mergers, acquisitions, investments, private equity, and venture capital transactions, particularly in the technology, Internet, fintech and biotech industries. He advised many promising startup companies in Taipei, including startups in the Internet, technology and fintech industries.
Mr. Pan is an alumnus of the National Taiwan University and the University of Chicago. Before joining this firm, he worked as a partner at the Taipei office of Baker & McKenzie focusing on M&A and corporate law practice.
