Lawmakers passed the Act on Financial Technology Innovations and Experiments(which is usually known as“Regulatory Sandbox”) on December 29th, 2017. Applications can be made to the FSC of Taiwan starting from May 2018. Since this is an area that we pay attention to, we would like to organize relevant regulations and procedures as the slides.
